ICE Index
The ICE Index is CVPAfrica’s proprietary impact measurement framework, designed to capture change across three interconnected levels: Individual, Enterprise, and Community. Rather than measuring outcomes in isolation, it helps reveal how wellbeing, enterprise performance, and community progress influence one another within a wider system. By combining human-centred insight with systems-level indicators, the ICE Index gives organizations a clearer, evidence-based view of what is working, where gaps remain, and how to make better decisions for scalable and sustainable impact.
