Collaboration for systems change.

TogetherWe is CVPAfrica’s collaboration online platform, designed to help social innovators, enterprises, institutions, and other ecosystem actors work together more intentionally around complex challenges. It is rooted in our belief that collaboration is not just a value to admire, but a discipline that can be strengthened through better structure, shared learning, and clearer pathways to action.

Through TogetherWe, we are creating a space where people and organizations can connect more meaningfully, build stronger partnerships, and move from shared ambition to coordinated effort.

Building skills for better collaboration

At the heart of TogetherWe is a collaboration course designed to help changemakers build the mindset, language, and practical tools needed to collaborate more effectively. The course is intended to support people not only in understanding why collaboration matters, but in learning how to do it well — across sectors, across roles, and across different kinds of systems challenges.

By strengthening collaboration as a skill, TogetherWe aims to help more people move from isolated effort to collective progress.

Supported through DELA Globalizer

TogetherWe has been strengthened through support from Ashoka and IKEA Social Entrepreneurship via the DELA Globalizer programme. This support has helped shape the initiative as we test, refine, and prepare it for launch, while also deepening our thinking on what effective collaboration can look like in practice.

Being part of this journey has reinforced our belief that stronger systems are built when diverse actors are equipped to work together with greater clarity and intention.

TogetherWe is set to launch in June 2026 as a growing space for connection, learning, and action. The launch marks an important step in CVPAfrica’s wider commitment to collaboration as a driver of systems change — creating room for stronger partnerships, shared learning, and more coordinated responses to the challenges that no single actor can solve alone.
