YouthEmploy Africa is the umbrella under which CVPAfrica’s job creation efforts sit. It reflects one of our clearest organizational commitments: helping create meaningful economic opportunities for young people across Africa. More than a standalone initiative, YouthEmploy Africa is the space within CVPAfrica that keeps youth jobs at the centre of our thinking, our building, and our partnerships.

Through YouthEmploy Africa, we pursue practical approaches to employment and livelihoods that respond to real economic opportunity. This includes building and supporting models, initiatives, and collaborations that help young people move into more viable, dignified, and sustainable work. It is the vehicle through which CVPAfrica continues to explore, test, and strengthen pathways to youth employment across different sectors and contexts.
